The southern portion of Lafleur Road to County Road 3 will be closed to all traffic at all times from Wednesday, March 6th to Tuesday, March 26th. The closure is required to facilitate the construction of a new well site for the Township of North Dundas.
The northern portion of Lafleur Road will be open to local traffic only with no through traffic, accessible by way of Thompson Road. Please refer to the map.
March 4, 2024 – Update - Lafleur Road Temporary Road Closure: The duration of the temporary road closure of Lafleur Road has been extended to Tuesday, March 26th. Please be aware that throughout the duration of this road closure, there will be water flowing into the North portion and South portion of County Road 3 ditches from these wells as we complete the well development. The water level will fluctuate and will be monitored throughout the process.
