Bike Racks Destined for South Mountain Resource Centre

The North Dundas District High School welding class, instructed by Mr. Ray Bougie, is once again working hard to design and fabricate fixtures for our community parks and facilities.  Pictured in action, as he helps fabricate a bike rack destined for the South Mountain Resource Centre, is Grade 11 student Joseph Seguin.  Photo courtesy of student Desiray Clemen.

Previous projects completed by our talented, local students, include welded black garbage receptacles for our community parks and mesh cages for the lights on the lower deck of the Chesterville waterfront.

The Township of North Dundas Recreation & Culture Department and the high school welding class continue to partner on fabrication projects, which enhance our community spaces and provide employable skills for our youth.
