Community Improvement Plan

Community Improvement Plans help residents, investors and business owners improve and enhance through revitalization and redevelopment, specific areas and locations within a municipality. Community Improvement Plans are often given through Council direction and typically offer financial incentives for facade improvements, improved signage, interest forgiveness and conversion in Downtowns.

If funding is still available thereafter, applications will be accepted on a continuous basis and evaluated monthly.  Applications and supporting documents must be submitted in person or by mail to the attention of:
