TAKE NOTICE that a Special Council Meeting of the Township of North Dundas will take place on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Municipal Office, located at 636 St. Lawrence St. Winchester, Ontario K0C 2K0.

Please be advised Council will meet in Closed Session.

The nature of the business to be discussed in Closed Session, pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 239 (2)

(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and

(c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality of local board.

Public Asked Not to Attend the Council Meeting on April 7, 2020 due to COVID-19

Due the COVID-19 pandemic, the public are asked not to attend the April 7, 2020  meeting of the Council of the Township of North Dundas.

The Council will meet via teleconference.

Special Meeting of Council – March 26, 2020

Please be advised there will be a Special Meeting of the Council of the Township of North Dundas on Thursday March 26, 2020 at 2:00 pm  in Council Chambers. 

The purpose of the Special Meeting is to address procedural changes that will allow Council to participate in Council meetings electronically during an emergency.

SDG 5 Road Closure – No Emergency Access

Road Closed – No Emergency Access: SDG 5 from Kirkwood Road easterly to Toye Hill Road is currently closed. The recent rain and melting snow has created flooding across SDG 5. (Start Time: 2020-03-11 15:19; End Time: 2020-03-28 12:00)

The Township of North Dundas’ Emergency Plan has identified the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) as the lead agency for Human Health Emergencies and Epidemics and we follow their protocol.
