North Dundas – Tax Bills

Wednesday March 18, 2020 (Update One)

To reduce any financial hardships that may face our residents arising from the COVID-19 outbreak, the Council of the Township of North Dundas has changed the interim due date for property taxes normally due at the end of March, to April 30, 2020.  Pre-authorized funds scheduled to be withdrawn on the due date  will be withdrawn on April 30, 2020 and all interest charges will be waived for the month of April.  Monthly pre-authorized payments will continue to be withdrawn on the 20th of each month.

Payment Options:

Payment on tax accounts may be made by one of the following methods:

  1. At most financial institutions
  2. By mail
  3. Telephone banking and on-line banking
  4. At the municipal office – in the night time mail slot located at the front of the municipal building.

If you are using the night time mail slot at the municipal office,   please DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH.  As an added precaution for staff, we will hold the deposits for 48 hours before processing payments.  You can view your tax account on-line to confirm your payment has been processed.  Click here for  instructions on how to set up this feature.     If you do not have access to a computer, you can contact the municipal office and we will verbally confirm your payment has been received.
