Community Improvement Plan

Community Improvement Plans (CIP) help residents, investors and business owners improve and enhance through revitalization and redevelopment, specific areas and locations within a municipality. CIP’s are often given through Council direction and typically offer financial incentives for facade improvements, improved signage, interior improvements, interest forgiveness and conversion in Downtown’s. If funding is available, applications for the Township’s CIP will be accepted on a continuous basis and evaluated monthly.
