Building & Planning
Are you planning to build in North Dundas or renovate your existing home or business?
The Building Department is responsible primarily for the regulation and enforcement of the Ontario Building Code to ensure that all building projects meet the minimum standards.
The Planning Department ensures compliance with SDG’s Official Plan which provides policy and guidelines for private development and for municipal infrastructure improvements. They are also responsible for the township’s zoning by-laws.
