Have you stored your lawn tractor for the winter? It's time to bring it out!
Join the Morewood Recreation Association for our first-ever annual lawn tractor parade on December 14, 2024! Come celebrate with us as decorated lawn tractors circulate through the streets in a festive display of creativity and community spirit.
During the parade we will be collecting donations for Naomi's House, a woman's shelter and family resources centre in Winchester.
Please note: for the duration of the parade, there will be barricades and slow traffic for a short time. Four-wheelers, golf carts and lawn tractors permitted. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.

Morewood Parade of Lights - Rolling Road Closures - December 14, 2024 - 6:00pm to 7:00pm
- The parade will assemble at the parking lot of Morewood Community Centre at 17 Russell St (CR7) and commence at 6:00pm.
- From the parking lot the parade will turn right and travel down Russell St (CR7) to Morewood Main St (CR13)
- Right onto Main St (CR13)
- Left onto Moffat St (CR7) to Thomas Dr
- Right onto Thomas Dr to end of Thomas Dr
- Right onto Alyssa Cr following Alyssa Cr back to Thomas Dr
- Left onto Thomas Dr to Moffat St (CR7)
- Right onto Moffat St (CR7)
- Left onto Hume St
- Left onto Ralph St up to Morewood Main St (CR13)
- Left onto Morewood Main St (CR13)
- Right onto Russell St (CR7)
- Back to the Morewood Community Centre, finishing in the parking lot at approximately 7:00pm
