It was a wonderful day at Happy Face Winchester on December 14th, as they held their Grand Opening of their brand new location at 547 Louise Street.
Deputy Mayor Theresa Bergeron and Councillors John Lennox, Gary Annable and Matthew Uhrig held a grand opening ribbon cutting and presented a commemorative scroll to Cheryl Firlotte, Executive Director and Joe Brennan, President.
Happy Face Nursery School is a non-profit early learning and child care organization that has provided high-quality licensed child care since 1974 for children aged 12 months to 12 years.
