Mayor Tony Fraser, Deputy Mayor Theresa Bergeron and Councillor Matthew Uhrig presented them with a commemorative scroll and held a ribbon cutting to mark the occasion.
Visit them at 509 St. Lawrence St, Winchester. They are open 10:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
