INKERMAN, Ontario - Inkerman Bridge's significant rehabilitation is slated to begin April 1 when crews arrive to initiate the work.
SDG Counties hosted a community meeting on March 19 in Inkerman to solicity community feedback. About 20 individuals attended the session to learn about the project. Please click on the link below for a detailed accounting of the project.
INKERMAN BRIDGE REHABILITATION
During the project traffic at the bridge will be reduced to one lane. There will be four occasions that will require single-day shutdowns of the bridge. SDG Counties will advise the public of these occasions.
Work is scheduled to ast into November. The project will include the rehabilitation and/or replacement of many bridge components, and is budgeted to cost $1.9 million.
