The Township of North Dundas presented its annual Staff Recognition Awards during Tuesday night’s Regular Council Meeting.
Jamie Cheney, Patrol Supervisor/Drainage Superintendent, received the 2021 Award for Innovation, Sustainability and Leadership. Jamie was nominated for the award because of his ability to adapt and willingness to take on new challenges.
Nicolas (Nic) Hubble, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, received the 2021 Award for Customer Service Excellence. Nic was nominated in recognition of his professionalism, consistently demonstrated customer service skills and exceptional follow-through with customers.
The awards, which recognize special contributions and achievements, were handed out by Mayor Tony Fraser. “We thank you for your commitment to the Township” stated Mayor Fraser “and all that you do to ensure its successes.”
Both recipients were nominated by their peers for the awards.
