The County Lads had people up and dancing and Rurban Brewing, Tuque de Broue Brewery, and King's Lock Craft Distillery had people lined up throughout the whole evening.
The tables were full with people from a great community enjoying delicious food including Greg's Quality Meats roast beef on a house made bun from Simply Baked Catering, hot dogs from The Morewood Recreation Association and sushi from the Morewood Lucky mart were huge sellers.
Thank you to the Chesterville & District Lions Club for sponsoring face painting and the Morewood Recreation Association for sponsoring the bouncy castle for all the kids to enjoy.
The crowd gathered for the 101st Anniversary of dedication of the Morewood Cenotaph that was directed by Bill Smirle. It was a lovely evening to honour the monument that the Committee formed to honour those who paid the ultimate price, so we can enjoy the things we do today.
The next Meet Me on Main Street will be held in Marionville on Wednesday, July 13th from 5pm-8pm. See you all there!
