Upgrades to the Chesterville Community Park Complete

An AODA friendly ten spin has been installed, with an AODA approved cedar weave ground base. The ten spin replaces a teeter totter that was removed last year. A new musical play panel was also installed on the play structure, which replaces a telescope feature that was not functional. 

This is now the fourth ten spin installed in North Dundas, with the others being located at the Morewood Community Park, the Rick Cauvier Memorial Park and 100 Club Park.
