Please be advised that Helmer Road in Winchester will be closed to all traffic on Wednesday, November 13th and Thursday, November 14th. This road closure is required for rail crossing maintenance by CP Rail and is subject to change due to weather conditions and any unforeseen delays.
As a result of this closure, local traffic will use the southwest section of Gray Road down to Belanger Road, as indicated in blue on the map. Though most of this section of Gray Road is normally unmaintained, the road will be graded and made suitable for local and emergency traffic.
