WINCHESTER, Ontario - Effective Jan. 9, North Dundas Building Services is introducing a new policy regarding the testing of plumbing systems (BS25-001).

Key highlights
- Only applies to the testing of plumbing systems in accordance with Section 7 of the OBC.
- Used to help speed up construction and eliminate unnecessary delays in inspections.
- Certificate of Compliance will only be accepted when filled out completely and accompanied by a license number.
- Inspectors can still request visual confirmation of testing.
Contractors can still set up the test for our inspectors to visually confirm. The policy is just an option available to them.
