WINCHESTER, Ontario - With winter in full force the Township of North Dundas wishes to thank the small army of volunteers that help to keep our outdoor rinks clean.
Volunteers are the cornerstone of much of our recreation projects, including our outdoor rinks. At this time (Jan. 17, 2025) both the Inkerman and South Mountain rinks are open for use, and volunteers give of their time to ensure that the ice surface is maintained.
"We wish to express our thanks to our volunteers for helping residents to enjoy safe and fun experiences at all of our outdoor rinks," said Meaghan Meerburg, North Dundas Director of Recreation and Culture.
North Dundas has an array of skating and stick-and-puck opportunities for residents.
