A Special Meeting of the Council of the Township of North Dundas will take place on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 4:00pm in Council Chambers at 636 St. Lawrence Street, Winchester.
Within this Special Meeting there will be a Public Meeting held under the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act to amend the Township of Mountain Zoning Bylaw No. 79-6 to rezone the property form the Rural (RU) Zone to the Institutional - Special Exception One (1-1) Zone.
There will also be a Public Meeting held to Consider the Engineer's Report for the East Branch, Irven Branch, Stewart Branch and 8th Concession Branch of the Kittle Creek Municipal Drains. The Township of North Dundas has appointed Monica Shade from the engineering firm Shade Group Inc., under Section 76 of the Drainage Act.
Additionally, the Recreation and Culture Department will have a report on the Hallville Park Grant Funding.
There will be a Closed Session persuant to Section 239(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, subsection (d) labour relations or employee negotiations - specifically employee benefits;
and subsection (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality-specifically municipal property damage.
