TAKE NOTICE that a Special Council Meeting of the Council of the Township of North Dundas will take place on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 5:00 pm in Council Chambers at the Municipal Office located at 636 St. Lawrence St. Winchester, Ontario.
Please be advised Council will meet in Closed Session.
The nature of the business to be discussed in Closed Session, pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, is:
- Section 239 (2) (e) litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the Municipality or local board. Specifically, potential litigation; and
- Section 239 (2) (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
